VERD is a platform connecting sports pick creators with subscribers. Creators publish verified sports picks. Subscribers pay to access these picks. VERD tracks and verifies all results transparently.
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Creators must post picks honestly. Falsifying results, manipulating stats, or engaging in deceptive practices will result in account suspension. All picks are permanently recorded and cannot be retroactively altered.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
VERD does not guarantee profits. Sports betting involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Use picks at your own discretion. VERD is not a financial advisor.
VERD is not liable for any losses incurred from following picks posted on the platform. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
